The house was absolutely beautiful, finished to a high standard with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were all comfortable and the on-suite bathrooms in each room were a great convenience, especially since we were traveling with two families and a friend. The views from the front bedrooms were amazing, truly breathtaking. We also loved the fact that there was a welcome basket waiting for us with tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits, such a nice touch. Another advantage was the host's warm welcome and willingness to assist us if needed.
The only slightly negative aspect was that the house was a bit difficult to find using the sat nav, as it had a name instead of a number. We ended up passing it and having to park and walk to get the keys and find the house.

Beautiful house, high standard. Comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms. Amazing views from front bedrooms. Welcoming host, thoughtful welcome basket. Excellent parking, close to town and beach. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the town, beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking was also excellent, with enough space for multiple cars. We enjoyed the stunning views from the hotel, which added to the overall charm of our stay.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it didn't have a visible sign. It took us a while to locate it, especially since we were relying on our GPS.

Everything in the house was fantastic including the bedrooms Good parking and only 5 mins walk into the center of St Ives I actually can’t recommend this place enough
